Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Liverpol Market. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, reservation system, and any related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Liverpol Market ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

Restaurant Reservations

Reservation Policies

• All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by our staff
• Reservations may be made online, by phone, or in person
• We require a credit card to hold reservations for parties of 6 or more
• Reservation changes must be made at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled time
• We cannot guarantee specific table requests but will accommodate when possible

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the reservation time may incur a fee of $50 per person
• No-shows will be charged a fee of $100 per person
• For parties of 8 or more, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Late arrivals (more than 15 minutes) may result in cancellation of the reservation

Dining Experience

Restaurant Conduct

To ensure an exceptional dining experience for all guests, we require:

• Appropriate attire (smart casual or better)
• Respectful behavior toward staff and other guests
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• No outside food or beverages (except for special dietary needs with prior approval)

Payment and Billing

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
• Debit cards
• Cash (for in-person payments)
• Digital payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay)

Billing Terms

• All prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes or gratuities
• A service charge of 20% may be added to parties of 6 or more
• Split billing is available for parties of 8 or less with advance notice
• Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Liverpol Market and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, publicly display, or in any way exploit any of the copyrighted material, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Make false or misleading reservations
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

Disclaimers

Our Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding:

• The availability of specific menu items
• The accuracy of nutritional information
• The suitability of dishes for dietary restrictions
• The uninterrupted or error-free operation of our reservation system

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Liverpol Market, our directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any cause of action whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us for the Service during the term of such cause of action.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Liverpol Market and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
